Our classroom lead teachers are professional education scholars. They earned undergraduate degree from top schools and devote themselves in teaching and caring our young children. They not only teach kids academics, but also the importance of respect and love.
Prior to their full-time teaching career with our family, they are the top performers from our structured internship program.They are the heart of our family.
副班導師
小牛津的副班導師是配合班導師及英文老師一起授課的. 他們同樣畢業於優秀院校. 他們的加入為小牛津帶來熱情及新的教育想法理念. 他們幫助班導師備課, 照顧小天使們. 在小天使的眼中, 副班導師就是他們的大哥哥大姐姐, 不僅僅教他們怎麼乖乖吃飯, 也教會他們如何尊敬他人. 副班導師是小牛津大家庭未來的希望.
Our assistant teachers work with our lead teachers to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment for our kids. They are fresh graduates from top schools and bring in passion and new education ideas to our family. They are the big brothers and sisters for our kids. They not only teach kids dancing and singing, but also dinning etiquette and the way of using toilet. Our assistant teachers are the future of our family.
英文老師
小牛津的英語老師來自世界各地以英語為母語的國家. 他們熱衷於教育事業, 對教育有著一份執著. 這些老師大部分具有豐富的學前教育經驗. 他們的日積月累, 為小牛津大家庭帶來了語言學習的技巧, 文化學習的熱愛, 音樂美術的賞析, 及科學教育的學習. 在他們加入小牛津之前, 他們受過小牛津系統的培訓. 確保他們理解中國學前教育的理念, 及小牛津的堅持. 通過一同的努力, 我們的目標是打造一个能给予每个孩子独立支持的成熟丰富的语言学习环境。
Our English teachers come from various English speaking countries. They feel deeply in bringing the right education to all the kids across the world. Because of their rich teaching experience, they bring their English teaching methods and their passion of culture, music, science, etc. to our family. Prior to their teaching career with our family, we make they understand Chinese Culture and the learning our parents are looking for. We believe through our collaboration, we can create an unique and structured learning environment for all the kids.
